Gary W. Hochstrasser
Gary W. Hochstrasser was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington and has practiced architecture in the Puget Sound area of Washington continuously since 1978 with experience in all aspects of architecture. He graduated from the University of Washington School or Architecture and Urban Planning with a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
Gary has been responsible for the design of numerous project types including commercial, educational, religious, healthcare, industrial and residential projects of various size, scope and complexity. His technical competence has earned him the respect of clients, review agencies and contractors alike for design, project management and construction administration skills. These skills also include completing accurate, detailed and fully coordinated construction documents. Gary utilizes innovative methods of providing a quality product for a specific client's objectives and budget.
Over the years, he has been involved in many civic and private organizations as a volunteer including city planning commissioner for 15 years. Gary maintains licensure as an architect in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
Sean P. Ragudo, LEED AP
Senior Designer / Project Manager
Sean graduated from the Iowa State University College of Architecture with a Bachelors of Architecture including a Secondary Major in Environmental Studies. Since then he has worked on projects ranging in size from small scale residential remodels to large scale resort and sports arena complexes. In all his designs Sean brings a keen sense of the artistic into balance with practical functionality.
Sean's experience has provided him with a commanding knowledge of the design process including the realities of varying codes and requirements through varied jurisdictions. From Initial Conceptualization through Final Project Closeout Sean strives to work with clients to ensure proper conveyance of design ideas and project success.
Sean has acute interest in Sustainable Building and attained his LEED accreditation in 2006.
